Are your products natural and safe?

Do you test on animals?

How do I choose the right product for my skin type?

Each product page includes detailed information about which skin types it's best suited for. Here are some general guidelines:

  • Dry Skin: Look for rich, moisturizing oils like argan oil or coconut oil
  • Oily Skin: Try lighter oils such as jojoba oil or tea tree oil
  • Combination Skin: Rosehip oil or grapeseed oil work well
  • Sensitive Skin: Choose gentle options like chamomile or calendula oil

How should I store my skin oils?

Store your skin oils in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the bottles tightly closed when not in use to prevent oxidation. Most of our products have a shelf life of 12-24 months when stored properly. Always check the expiration date on the product label.

How often should I use the products?

Usage frequency depends on the product and your skin's needs. Generally, facial oils can be used 1-2 times daily (morning and/or evening), while body oils can be used daily after showering. Start with a small amount and adjust based on how your skin responds. Detailed usage instructions are provided on each product page and label.

Can I use multiple products together?

Yes, many of our products can be used together. However, we recommend introducing one new product at a time to monitor how your skin reacts. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Within Kigali: 1-2 business days
  • Other cities in Rwanda: 2-4 business days
  • International orders: 7-14 business days

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over 50,000 RWF within Rwanda. International shipping rates vary by country and weight.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress. If you have any issues tracking your order, please contact our customer service team.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened products in their original packaging. Products must be in resalable condition. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they are defective.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@tabzskincare.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Please do not ship items back without authorization.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.
